I find myself lucky enough to be able to afford a nice high definition TV unit as well as a great sound bar system. This is because with all these stuffs, I have the ability to enjoy my favorite TV shows or movies without degradation in the quality of sound that is produced for my ears to listen. However, of course, there are in fact quite a large number of choices when it comes to the sound bar home theatre systems.
You can trust whichever manufacturer you think is trustworthy enough. There are Sony, Philips, LG and still a lot of other names to mention in the industry. However, I find that Sony Corp. rarely, if not never, disappoints its customers that are spread all over the world. This may be due to the years of experience that the manufacturer has had in this industry.
One product from Sony Corp. that I like and am using is the Sony HTCT 500. This is an awesome sound bar system that comes with 5 high definition inputs. These inputs consist of 3 high definition Active Intelligence inputs as well as 2 component inputs. And, there is also an icon-based graphical user interface with the capability of up-scaling video to 1080p from the analog SD sources. And all I have to spend for this great sound bar system is only $500.
But in case that is not quite an option, of course there are other choices that one can choose. The Sony HTCT 100, for example, may as well be quite satisfactory and may turn out to be the most affordable one in its class with it being sold for only $300.
