It is a good thing to possess TVs with the latest technology such as the LCD or LED or the HD TV. However, the niceties will degrade in case we do not manage to have a good quality home theatre surround sound system. Yes, it is very important since without high quality sound system, the experience will not be as exciting.
Fortunately, there are quite a large number of high quality sound systems that exist to date. Depending on our trust to the manufacturers, it is up to us to make up our minds on which manufacturer we will trust for providing us with the high quality sound system in our house. However, I will personally prefer Sony Corp. when it comes to home theatre surround sound system.
This is a manufacturer that has been dealing in this business for years and I believe there is enough experience to produce high quality audio products. I find the HTCT100 is quite satisfactory. There are 3 HDMI inputs with the Active Intelligence technology. There is also the digital cinema auto calibration feature as well as the digital media port that works with quite a few accessories.
Yet, if it is not quite an option, I still have the option to purchase the HTCT500 which is the successor to the HTCT100 sound bar system. This newer product has 5 HD inputs that consist of 3 HDMI Active Intelligence inputs and 2 components. It also features a GUI that is based on icons.
Those are just 2 nice examples of the home theatre surround sound system available. Of course, there are other options but, as I mentioned earlier, I personally prefer the 2 above.
